IMPORTING AND EXPORTING TO AND FROM THE UK
All the goods moving to and from the UK need to go through the customs clearance process. Our company works to make customs clearance process as smooth as possible for our customers and to allow them to concentrate on their business.
List of required documents and information for IMPORT clearance:
- A valid GB EORI number of your company. You can register and apply for an GB EORI number by clicking here.
- Once-only authorization for direct representation – download form
- Commercial invoice and packing list with commodity codes and clear specification of number of pieces and weights per each commodity code
- Transport document (CMR)
- Invoice of transport costs (depending on trade terms)
- Any other documentation required for specific goods (Preference Certificates, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificates etc) - importers should check before they ship if any special documentation is required
